About Opportunity

If you would like to make new friends learn new skills and make a real difference to our charity thne volunterring in bowel cancer uk is for you. Our charity will be running a host of events throughout the year starting with bowel cancer awareness month in April. We need volunteers to help us inform the public of the symptoms of bowel cancer, who is at risk and the bowel screening programe. By hosting information stands in shopping centers, hospitals, gyms, workplaces and at local community events we can spread our information to the public. We will give you all the training you need and make sure that you are benefiting from this great opportunity.

Scotland has the highest incidence of bowel cancer in Europe. CCC aims to reduce the deaths from bowel cancer through raising awareness, providing information and education about the disease and campaigning for best care.
