Supported by our experienced retail consultant, Izzie MacDonald we need help with one or more of the following tasks; answering the telephone, help to maintain the high standard of displays, operate the till, process stock but above all make new friends and learn new skills. If you have 4 hours per week to spare, can volunteer anytime between Mon to Sat, please do phone Izzie on 226404 for a chat.

About Highland Community Care Forum
Highland Community Care Forum seeks to bring about improvement in the quality of life of unpaid carers and service users of community care services. Through its regular communication with users, unpaid carers and providers of services, the Forum identifies the community care issues which need to be tackled and works for appropriate changes in the way services are designed and delivered.
Skills & Experience
Skills - working with others, numeracy and literacy skills and communication skills. Attitudes - a warm friendly attitude, helpful and can--do approach, will be much appreciated. Knowledge - some knowledge of working with public, no need for retail experience as this will be provided by our Retail Consultant. There is no limit on the number of volunteers required.
