About Falkland Centre for Stewardship
To look after the heritage assets of Falkland Estate. This includes the 'A' listed House of Falkland, the Stables, monuments, pathways etc. Recently-completed huge restoration of the landscape with many paths now accessible to all. Events, seminars are held plus a walk programme and a "Friends of Falkland's Heritage" volunteer group.
Travel Details
The Big Tent is located on Falkland Estate, by Falkland village in Fife, North of Glenrothes. It’s only a few miles from Markinch train station with a regular service from Edinburgh and Dundee. From Markinch, there are regular buses into Glenrothes Town Centre (5mins away). From Glenrothes, there are buses to Falkland every hour.
