The Government is consulting on what the legislation should look like. Volunteer Development Scotland is responding to this consultation and we want to know what volunteers think about the proposals.
There are some big ideas about communities deciding how money for services is spent, owning land and buildings, running local services. What might all this mean for volunteers? We need your views.
