Previously National Trade Union Official, then FENTO qualified ESOL tutor in F/E, mainly with refugees/asylum seekers. For last 7 years volunteered 2 days a week with Scotscare in London :- 1 day as helpline operator and 1 day as telephone befriender. Also helped out at client lunches/social events
